We know you can't wait to receive your Cffs. Here's how you're going to get them!
First things first. Shipping is INCLUDED in the cost of your purchase! You don't have to pay an extra dime. Now that we have your attention, here is a little more about how we ship.
We ship in the United States via the United States Postal Service (USPS) and FedEx. Internationally, UPS and DHL. Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with a tracking order so you will be able to stalk it all the way to your door.
Unfortunately we don't ship to P.O. Boxes. Thank you for understanding!
As soon as the mail man or woman picks up your order from us we are not responsible for damages or delivery delays. But don't fret, we'll take charge and work out a solution with the mail carrier if there are any issues.
If your order gets lost in transit or some jerk steals your package, we will immediately file a claim for you with the carrier and seek out a solution. When you file a "lost in transit' or "some jerk stole my package" report, please keep in mind that it can take a good amount of time to resolve, 7-14 business days to be exact. While we know it is not your fault and you will inevitably be frustrated, until we find a resolution with the carrier, we will not be able to replace your order. We are really sorry!
Note: All custom orders and 3D printed Cffs have a 2.5 week lead time from the time we receive all of the needed information.

Our Return Policy
All custom made products, items marked final sale, and gift cards are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
If you are ordering a non-custom design we hope you would never want to return it, but if it comes down to that, our policy allows for returns up to 14 days after delivery. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase arrived all nice and shiny at your door, we're sorry, but we can’t take back.
If after sleeping on it and you still decide that you want to return our incredibly beautiful product, please email email@example.com with "RETURN" in the subject line and you will be sent a series of instructions for what to do next. Please be aware though, to be eligible for a return, refund, or exchange, all items must be unused and in the same condition and packaging as they were received.
